The December problem
You'll spend this December taking care of everyone. Here's how to keep 15 minutes for yourself.
A 28-day at-home Pilates challenge built for the busiest month of the year. No gym, no equipment, and no waiting until January.

It starts the week of Thanksgiving. The grocery list. The guest room. The group chat about who's bringing what.
Then December arrives and everything speeds up. School concerts, office parties, gifts wrapped at 11pm, a house that never quite gets clean.
Somewhere in there, you stop doing anything for yourself. You don't decide to. There's just no gap left in the day.
And you tell yourself the same thing you said last year: I'll start in January.
Why January never works
January asks you to start from zero at the moment you feel your worst. You're tired, you've been off your routine for six weeks, and every gym is packed with people who made the same promise.
That's why so many January plans fade so fast. Nobody's lazy. Starting from zero is hard, and a whole new routine is a lot to ask of someone who's been running on empty since Thanksgiving.
The easier way is to start now, with something small enough to survive the chaos.
15 minutes on the living room floor
That's the idea behind the Flo 28-Day Holiday Challenge. It's mat Pilates you do at home with your own bodyweight. No reformer, no equipment, and no driving anywhere in the cold.
You open the Flo app and today's session is already picked for you. Roll out a mat (or a towel), press play, and follow a certified instructor for 10 to 20 minutes. The moves are slow and controlled, for your core, glutes and posture. There's no jumping, so you can do it after the kids are asleep.
This isn't about a December diet or earning your holiday dinner. It's 15 minutes a day that belong to you.
What you'll notice, week by week
Every workout is easy to follow, uses only your bodyweight, and needs no equipment. Here's what the 28 days tend to feel like.
You'll feel it. The moves are simple, but by day 3 you'll notice your core and glutes working in a way they haven't in a while.
Things get steadier. Moves that felt shaky on day 1 start to feel controlled. Getting up off the floor and carrying the shopping feels a little easier.
You start to see it. Many people notice they're standing taller and their clothes sit a little differently. Even on 10-minute days, you keep going.
You feel like yourself again. Stronger, steadier and more energized, and you go into the new year 28 days in instead of starting over.
Results vary and depend on consistency, diet and activity.
Built for the way December actually goes
- Traveling? Every session fits in a guest room or hotel room. There's nothing to pack.
- Hosting? Fit 15 minutes in before anyone else is up.
- Busy week? Pick the shorter session. It still counts.
- Never done Pilates? Week 1 starts from the beginning, and an instructor talks you through every move.

Changed my life
After a health scare, I started using Flo Pilates around 2 years ago and it has genuinely changed my life! I started Mat Pilates, and within just a month, I noticed a huge improvement in both my physical and mental wellbeing. It’s now become a must-do part of my daily routine. The workouts and meal plans are fantastic, easy to follow, and genuinely educational, teaching me so much about my body and how to look after it. Flo Pilates keeps me motivated, consistent, and committed to my health in a way I’ve never experienced before. In my opinion, it’s the best fitness app I’ve ever come across, and for the first time, I’ve found something I truly stick to. ❤️

So i tried some types of sports and found Flo Pilates which is suit me, i can arrange my own programs and can do at home or anywhere else i want. I did 2 years ago and stop, and started again this year I lost weight 6 kg in 5 months, i also had few times a week swimming for 15 mins plus i had to manage my healthy food but still enjoy my favorite meals too. I think to maintain health in my age is flexiblelity of our body, i feel good about myself. And its comfotable programs if 1 or 2 too difficult its ok, no body watching. The key is need to be consistant ! Cheers 🥰

P.S. If you wait for January, you start from zero. Start today, and four weeks from now you'll already be going.
Results vary and depend on consistency, diet and activity. Consult your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum or have an injury.
